![]() ![]() With Docsumo’s free OCR tool, you can accurately extract data from any image in any layout without manual setup. Normal image-viewing applications don’t allow you to extract this unstructured data from images. Most of these are manually processed which takes time and is error-prone. Identity documents, compliance documents, bank statements, invoices, and receipts are a few to name. Enterprises often receive crucial information in scanned and non-scanned image form. Some systems can reproduce formatted output that closely approximates the original document including images, columns, and other non-textual components as well. Advanced systems with intelligent OCR technology are capable of producing a high degree of recognition accuracy for most fonts, and with support for a variety of digital image file format inputs. OCR is still an evolving technology in the field of pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and computer vision. OCR technology is the way of digitizing printed texts so that they can be electronically edited, searched, stored more compactly, displayed on-line, and used in machine processes such as cognitive computing, machine translation, (extracted) text-to-speech, key data and text mining. This technology is suitable for photos of text-heavy documents and printed paper data records such as passports, invoices, bank statements, receipts, business cards, and identity verification documents. Optical character recognition or optical character reader (OCR) is the electronic or mechanical conversion of images of typed, handwritten or printed text into machine-encoded text. ![]() OCR technology comes to rescue in this situation. It can take hours to manually pull out this data and assemble it in a structured way for record-keeping and processing. The real challenge for the operation team is to be able to extract information and data from these photos. These images can be a photo of a document, scanned document, a scene-photo, or subtitle text superimposed on an image. Organizations often receive crucial information and data in image form of documents. ![]() ![]() ✓ Learned one If I lived in the medieval times I would think this app is the greatest thing since. ![]() ![]() #HYPE MACHINE FREE#Future Tape is an early window into this new era of music: free to play for everyone, but strong value capture for artists without intermediaries. “A lot of the ideals of Hype Machine that were decimated by the Streaming Age are now being explored and expanded upon in Web3. “Anthony has well over a decade of experience building open music tools on the internet,” says Jacob Horne, Cofounder and CEO of Zora. “Music NFTs are a new media format,” says Volodkin in his recent announcement on Twitter, “it’s a chance to collectively imagine how music can work: the product itself, the release, curation, compensation mechanisms, alongside the transparency & openness provided by blockchain tools.” Pulling in the data by using Zora’s API and then creating custom tools to communicate with Nina and the Solana SOL blockchain, Volodkin was able to cull together a common language that allowed for the data to culminate in a way that was easily understandable and viewable to someone unfamiliar with the Web3 space, especially in music. Future Tape started as an experiment – and the way Volodkin introduced himself to Web3 to learn about new music releases in the space. Today, Anthony Volodkin joins the team at Zora to build out his latest project, Future Tape, the first mobile music NFT app (and website) that allows users to search, listen and explore the latest music tracks across Web3 platforms. One major hurdle in Web3 is curation and the ability to use data to see what NFTs are popular or charting much as Hype Machine did with music during the rise of blogs. ![]() ![]() It was his left.)Ĭryer’s affilation with the Black Panthers was noteworthy, of course, because of the group’s history of clashes with police. The Royal Canadian Mint wishes to remind consumers and businesses that the royal succession has no impact on coins currently in circulation. The Royal Canadian Mint had a bit more detailed statement on the transition. In a statement on its website, the Royal Mint said, “As we respect this period of respectful mourning, we continue to strike coins as usual.” The logistics of this transition have not been announced, although it doesn’t appear there will be any immediate stoppage in coin production. This includes the Canadian Maple Leaf, the British Brittania, and the Australian Kangaroo coins. The Royal Mint, the Perth Mint in Australia, and the Royal Canadian Mint will begin phasing out the production of coins featuring the queen’s effigy and replace them with coins bearing the image of King Charles III. The silver bullion market has been hit particularly hard by supply problems. The spike in demand could spill over into the broader bullion market that is already dealing with tight supply, causing spot prices to rise. “The 2022 official set of coins, for instance, was totally sold out on my site yesterday,” he said. The owner of a Melbourne coin shop called the demand for coins with the queen’s likeness “insane.” According to in Australia, “Collectors are scrambling to get their hands on coins with Queen Elizabeth’s face as prices skyrocket after her death.” There was an immediate and dramatic surge in demand for gold and silver bullion coins bearing the queen’s effigy upon her passing. Swiftly entering the station will halt the Projectionist and make him resume wandering off. Upon getting chased, immediately run away and find the nearest Little Miracle Station. There is also a small chance of him appearing in normal levels. Upon completion of the level type where he appears, it can be accessed again by interacting with the Ink Heart found near the elevator in the Safehouse area. Unlike in Bendy and the Ink Machine, the Projectionist will not be provoked by the removal of Ink Hearts, but only if Buddy Boris is within The Projectionist's line of sight. Later on, he appears as an enemy that appears in a specific level type that randomly appears, in which Ink Hearts must be collected in lieu of Supplies. In the base game, the Projectionist does not make any physical appearances, but his trademark scream can be heard when picking up any Ink Heart found in the studio. In-Game Appearances Boris and the Dark Survival Encounters When Henry does so, the Projectionist will immediately dash towards the area it was taken from, likely to catch Henry if he does not run or hide. Having his ink hearts touched or taken will anger him, drawing his attention regardless of how far away he is. The ink hearts are the Projectionist's "collection". The Projectionist will stop running after Henry flees far away from him or safely hides inside one of the Little Miracle Stations. When close enough, the Projectionist does a physical attack by hitting Henry with his snatching hands. If Henry is caught by the Projectionist's light or getting provoked by Henry's weapon while not noticing, the Projectionist soon becomes angry and aggressive, emitting a roar-like screech and then proceeds to chase after Henry. Henry can avoid being seen by the Projectionist by hiding in one of the Little Miracle Stations or keeping his distance from the Projectionist and his light. This significantly boosts his vision range, allowing him to spot Henry far across the area and often spot him around the corner. ![]() The Projectionist has the ability to project light from the projector where his head should be, similar in the use of an actual flashlight helmet/headwear. He has a film reel stuck in his left shoulder. ![]() ![]() Several long, hanging black wires (possibly film roll) are attached to his back and under his head, with the longest wire attaching to his right ankle, and another attached to his right arm. The Projectionist is a tall humanoid creature that is almost completely covered in ink and notably has a projector as a head. ![]() ![]() I’ve more or less made my peace with the Dany/Jon romance, and there are things about it that make a lot of sense to me. (Apparently, taking a dunk in a frozen lake for a whole minute, and then emerging into freezing temperatures, barely even winds our heroic Jon Snow.) Still, this momentous climax of the battle was a little undercut by what happened immediately afterward - a bizarrely gooey set of romantic scenes between Jon and Dany, which start when he decides to keep fighting off wights until he’s dragged into the (presumably freezing) ocean and ends when they’re on a ship back to Dragonstone and holding hands. Overall the battle has an incredible, palpable sense of scale, of the type that only “Game of Thrones” can deliver. The scar Viserion leaves on the snow and ice when he crashes to the ground is devastating (an overhead shot after the battle gives you a glimpse of it). They certainly were prepared with huge chains for dragging Viserion out of the lake, too.) The dragons’ scorching of the earth is breathtaking, and you can feel Dany’s heart breaking for the only children she’s ever known as one plummets. (I don’t know how else to explain why the White Walkers didn’t break out their huge deadly spears earlier in the show. ![]() The White Walkers’ long wait to attack their prey was a little convenient - yes, they were technically waiting for the lake to freeze over - but it might have been a long pause so that Gendry could get to Eastwatch, send a raven to Dany, and get her panicked and on a dragon up to the North so that the White Walkers could take one out for themselves. Otherwise, the battle scenes were kind of incredible - and seeded a lot of interesting information about this mysterious and primal magic beyond the Wall. This was Gendry’s first real battle how did that go for him? Had any of the other men used dragonglass before? What’s the Hound’s way of coping with so much dragonfire, when fire is the one thing he’s afraid of? It didn’t really feel like we were inside the characters’ experience it felt like we were watching them play out parts in a board game. ![]() But it does that as an apparent replacement for building out characters. The episode does emphasize each character’s superficial characteristics, like his magical weaponry or individual fighting style. “Game of Thrones” has never felt more like a Dungeons & Dragons game than during the expedition’s skirmishes with, literally, non-playing characters - whether those are zombie bears, zombie people, or icy inhuman White Walkers. This is especially noticeable when half of an episode’s screentime is devoted to dead people with no personality. There are whole other scenes that seem designed to make fans happy - like those strangely long scene-setting conversations between the men of the expedition beyond the Wall, which gives each character just enough opportunity to get off a bantering one-liner that can be easily meme-d out. There are whole scenes of “Game of Thrones” that beg for fan fiction to illuminate them, and several are in this episode (and most are about the very poorly acted and ambitiously paced romance between Daenerys and Jon Snow). As a result, the viewers are being asked to take a lot on faith - or, better yet, graft their own interpretations of the story on top of the bare bones being presented. We’re at the point in the show’s lifespan where there isn’t time for the meatier characterization of earlier seasons. There’s something kind of enjoyable about how reckless the plotting has gotten this season - the slow grind of medieval history has been replaced with a kind of hyper-speed fantasyland epic - but it continues to feel surface-level for most of the characters. From a strategic perspective, it’s really hard to justify why Jon thought any of his plan would be a good idea. So much has happened so quickly that it’s been difficult to track motivations. “Beyond the Wall” is an involving episode, centering on Jon’s expedition north of the Wall to bring back a wight for the warring queens of Westeros. The episode’s final moment shows us Viserion’s eye opening - to reveal creepy peepers that are the same icy blue as the White Walkers’ eyes. During the extra-long episode’s climactic finale, the Night King killed a dragon! And then hauled it out of the water, with the apparent goal of turning it into… a zombie dragon. ![]() It’s not always easy to tell what’s happening in any given episode of “Game of Thrones,” but Sunday night’s episode “Beyond the Wall” was an exception. SPOILER ALERT: Do not read if you have not watched “Beyond the Wall” the Aug. ![]() |
